Rajkai was founded by Emilia and János Unk as the continuation of a family story. To us, this heritage is not about nostalgia—it is our guiding principle. We didn’t want to create a place that simply looks back on the past. We wanted to build one that is alive, constantly evolving, and shaped by what our guests truly need.
